Growing greens is never easier than during the fall and mild winter months.  Lots of spinach, mizuna, poc choi, mesclun mix, baby Swiss chard, and collards.  Looking forward to Brussels sprouts by Christmas!

Saturdays - St. Stephens Farmers Market is a great place to shop for our fresh, organic produce year 'round.  Winter market indoors continues November to March, 9 to noon.

Tuesday - Byrd House Market will be continues on until the last Tuesday of December.  While we are not certain of our location during 2016, stay tuned while we search for our new "nest" near our current location.
